All about Image compression... I've tried many ways to find a strong compression for image. Now the technique that so popular in researcher is DWT-SVD. That's  a new thing in compression. Wow I must read this paper well. Honestly I don't understand it in mathematic language. So many terminology in mathematic, make me got headache . Mmmm... I know that I must try hard, I will not give up for this one . I read papers: (1) Image compression with multiresolution SVD and other methods and (2) Case study on SVD multiresolution analysis, the papers say that for sygnal compression we can use 1D DWT, for image can be use 2D DWT. The SVD techniques is used in filtering process at each level of approximation. Confuse with this terminology? So do I . Hehehehehe.
